  I have thought a lot about how I would approach this review. I left disappointed and offended at how I was treated. As a new patient, it is of the utmost importance to have an exceptional first impression (I have worked in customer service for over 15 years...). I will say that the receptionist was very kind and warm. She made me feel welcome and like I had already been a patient here for years..thank you front desk lady...because that was about as far as it went. I watched as others would be greeted with such friendly gestures and happy smiles from the dental assistants. They were all so kind... I got stuck with a lady that said maybe 5 words to me the entire time I was there. I felt like I was an inconvenience and just another file she had to sign off on. Once the doctor came in, from the get go, I couldn't put my finger on it, but he was definitely laying down a negative vibe. There were several negative and uncalled for comments that he made throughout our discussion that made me feel like he looked down on me and questioned my integrity. Even if I was a pill popping drug addict, you should not have made me feel that way... For your information, I am a church going, God loving, wife of a police officer. I was looking for a dentist that did his job and did not cause any pain to me while working on the thousands of dollars in my mouth.... If you felt like talking down to me and assuming I was a certain way... I chose the wrong dentist to try out. It is unfortunate, because while you did an excellent job of discussing my options for my teeth, your treatment of me personally has left this new patient looking for another dentist.
